The facility is intended to be used by 10 thousand students and a few hundreds of scholars. Structural composition of the facility is based on the symbol of a section mark. The building is divided into two functional zones: the lower one, with educational premises, studios, a library and dean's office to be used by students and the upper zone for scholars. There are 10 auditorial rooms and the largest of them has 562 seats. Four of these rooms have been realized in amphitheatrical layout and furnished with audio-visual and acoustic systems. The facility is secured by fire-protection signalling system, monitoring, intrusion detection system as well as access control system.
