Grunwaldzki Center is a modern office complex located in the centre of Wroclaw, at the intersection of Grunwaldzki Square and Maria Skłodowska-Curie street. It’s the first commercial building in this region and the green project completed by the Skanska property Poland. Grunwaldzki Center has received from the European Commision Green Building certificate. With its implementation we benefited many green solutions and technologies. Grunwaldzki Center is a building of high-performance and energy efficiency. This office building was the first certified project in the LEED Platinum in Wroclaw.
Grunwaldzki Center is the functional office building that consists of three class A+ separate buildings, 26 000 square metres of rentable floor space and two levels of underground parking with 400 parking spaces. The ground floor is used for the service activities such as bank branches, restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Higher floors are used as a office space.
