Sustainability and green
Green Day is a modern and functional office building of class A, designed and built in accordance with the policy of green, sustainable building process. It is the third Wrocław project regarding construction of the office building which is certified in the LEED system. Green Day has a total lease area of 15 900 m2 and offers office areas which guarantees their lessees high flexibility in terms of interior design.
Green Day is being built at the intersection of ul. Szczytnicka and Wyszyńskiego in the centre of Wrocław. In the building there is a two-storey underground car park with 218 parking places and an above-ground bicycle park with sanitary system for bikers. The location provides perfect access to the means of public transport.
