This $50 million, 206,000-SF new class A headquarters includes an interior build-out and sitework on 17.5 acres of land. The structure is designed as three buildings that merge into a central core of common areas. This project achieved LEED Platinum Certification and is 44 percent more energy efficient and 40 percent more water efficient than a typical building its size. The building has over 800 workspaces, a rooftop terrace, dog park, community meeting room, full kitchen, bistro and five micro-kitchens for socializing. The facility also includes sitting-standing desks, a meditation room, fitness area and nursing room.
