The investment involved complete re construction and extension of the Palm House situated within the area of Wine Park in Zielona Góra, modernization of catering facilities, manufacturing, storage and social facilities as well as renovation of the historical Winegrower’s House. The reconstructed Palm House is 11 m higher and 3 m wider on both sides, which enables optimum vegetative growth. Renovation of the historical Winegrower’s House realized by Skanska included replacement of windows, roof reparation, realization of floor slab, façade, basements and modernization of premises localized at the old entrance.
