Wave is the first office project by Skanska in the Tri-City. It was built on Grunwaldzka Avenue in Oliwa, a dynamic office district in Gdansk. The building received a WELL Gold certificate, which confirmed the high quality of the office space and the comfort of its users.
The complex features bike amenities, as well as a spacious patio. Phase I of the Wave complex was handed over to tenants in 2020.

In Wave you are able to use our intelligent parking system as well as a virtual reception desk. The Building Access system allows you to enter the building without the traditional access card.
