Skanska provided construction management services on the new 810,000-SF, 33-story luxury hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The JW Marriott Hotel is strategically positioned on the corner of 8th Avenue and Demonbreun Street, putting guests within easy walking distance of downtown Nashville's major attractions. The hotel tower includes 533 guest rooms and suites; 50,000-SF of ballroom and meeting spaces; four food and beverage outlets including a 250-seat restaurant, a rooftop specialty restaurant, a lobby bar and a coffee shop; a spa and fitness center; and a 500-car below-grade parking garage.
