The new $34.2 million, 180,000-SF facility is built on a six-acre non-accessible site. The building includes a 96,000-SF four-story professional office building; 20,000-SF one-story service annex; 61,500-SF three-level covered parking garage; and, a 600-SF one-story visitor screening facility. Special features include 24-hour site security, K-12 blast and ram requirements and a progressive collapse structure. The project is LEED Gold certified.
