Today in the General Directorate for National Road and Motorways headquarters in Warsaw Skanska has signed an agreement concerning the rebuild of the national road number 4, between Pilzno and Ropczyce. The construction site will be transferred to us in the next 30 days. Works, estimated at 279 million PLN, will end in July 2010.
Skanska will rebuild more than 23 km of a busy national road number 4, which connects Rzeszow with Tarnow and Cracow. - This segment begins just after the Pilzno bypass, build by us 3 years ago, and ends before Ropczyce, where it will be connected with a future bypass. Due to a new road and more durable pavement, driving on this road will be more comfortable and safer – says Wieslaw Sitarz, Project Manager.
