Skanska has achieved a significant milestone with its Studio B office building in Warsaw, earning both SmartScore and WiredScore certifications. This marks the first time in the Polish market that such certifications have been awarded to a fully operational building developed and owned by a developer. This prestigious recognition highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence in smart building technology and digital connectivity. These achievements come shortly after the recent sale of Studio B to Stena Real Estate AB.
Studio B, located in the heart of Warsaw's Wola district, is a modern office building with 17,600 square meters. The building attracted significant tenant interest even before its completion, reaching full occupancy ahead of schedule. This early success was further underscored by Skanska's decision to sell the building to Stena Real Estate, marking the fourth transaction between the two companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
Studio B’s achievements in securing SmartScore Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications reflect its status as a high-performing smart building and its exceptional digital infrastructure. These certifications, alongside LEED Platinum and WELL Gold, emphasize Studio B's leading role in sustainable, innovative office spaces.
– We are the first developer in Poland who managed to certify already completed, self-constructed office building. By doing so, we show that we take care of our investments comprehensively.
