The Stepstone Group, as a recruitment platform, connects more than 110 million job applications with over 150,000 employers every year. With its integrated platforms, The Stepstone Group simplifies the candidates job search as well supporting recruiters with AI-powered solutions for the entire recruitment process. In 2022, it generated revenue of around €1 billion. The company operates in more than 30 countries and employs around 4,000 people worldwide. The tenant will occupy the whole 6th floor in the building. The opening is scheduled for October this year.

– While designing P180, we thought about this investment not only as a district landmark but also as a technically advanced destination with human-centric and pro-environmental solutions, thanks to which tenants can effectively implement their ESG policies. The Stepstone Group Polska relocation is a confirmation that we have managed to realize our intentions – says Tomasz Subocz, Leasing Manager at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

P180 is well connected with the rest of the city, primarily thanks to the metro station – Wilanowska and Dworzec Południowy station. This is an important transport hub, with numerous bus and tram stops as well as amenities nearby. The office building can also be conveniently reached by bicycle. Employees can use its extensive bicycle infrastructure – more than hundred parking spaces, a glazed cycling area with an entrance on the ground floor and locker rooms with showers.

Climate-smart technologies and solutions used in the P180 building allow to limit its impact on the environment and significantly lower the consumption of resources – energy by almost 48% and water by 42%. The CO2 emissions of Skanska's investment are 3,969 tons lower, which is the equivalent of the pollution emitted by a medium-sized gasoline car that has traveled 21 million kilometers.

P180 offers a variety of spaces that support both focused and collaborative work, depending on the type of tasks office users are working on or their preferred ways of working. Their comfort is secured among others, by the ventilation system with high-class filters that provides 30% more fresh air than standard ones. Filters retain pollen and fungal spores that cause allergic reactions. The air-conditioning based on chilled beams system, which is quiet, guarantees a comfortable temperature and is energy efficient.

After successful innovative implementations, such as low-emission concrete and smog-absorbing sidewalk, Skanska starts work on the next major phase of the project.

– We are now focusing on placemaking, livability, and pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. We are committed to making the nearest area green and safe, both for P180 employees and the residents. The results of our efforts will be seen by the end of summer – adds Robert Ryś, Project Manager at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

P180 meets the standards of the most demanding industry certifications: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Building without Barriers.
