Flexible and comfortable in Warsaw's Studio. Business Link will open its office space here

Business Link, a company belonging to the Skanska Group, will become the next tenant in building B of the Studio office complex. It will offer nearly 2,900 sqm. modern flexible space with up to 400 work places. The opening is scheduled for April 2024.

Studio B

The Studio complex will consist of two buildings, with Studio B providing 16,400 sqm of office space to the Warsaw market. Studio's tenants will have terraces, a Scandinavian lobby and a comprehensively arranged outdoor space, which will be filled with evergreens. A public square with small architecture will also be an asset of the investment, providing a link between Prosta and Łucka Streets and Fabryka Norblina.

The range of amenities offered by the Studio will be enriched with flexible spaces created by a company within the Skanska group - Business Link, and the opening of the location is scheduled for April 2024.

The Studio is an investment that fits in with the current needs of tenants and responds to the latest trends. Business Link offers a wide range of possibilities to adapt to individual working styles or lease terms. It is a perfect complement to the solutions offered by the office building we are developing - says Hanna Marszałek, lease negotiator at Skanska's office company in the CEE region.

At the new Business Link location, future users will benefit from a number of amenities. The office space will feature modern workstations equipped with ergonomic chairs and desks with an electric desk height adjustment system, allowing users to choose the most comfortable working position quickly. For the first time, flexible office clients will be able to use a private gym which provides high-quality equipment and a private bathroom facilities with a shower. After an exhausting workout, a massage table will also be at their disposal. Those looking for a different kind of active recreation can choose a playroom where both the latest technology and traditional, popular entertainment will be available. 

The flexible space will also feature modern digital solutions like a green box room, allowing customers to record podcasts and other audio-video materials.

Accessible and neurodiverse space

The new Business Link location was designed based on the principles of accessibility and inclusive design, with attention to needs addressing neurodiversity.

As research conducted by Skanska and Business Link shows, employees still want to work in offices, but at the same time they count on even greater comfort, flexibility, the opportunity to relax, as well as sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions. Studio is a place that will fully meet these needs. The confirmation of a balanced approach, ergonomics and friendly arrangement of the Studio B office space will be, among others, certificates awarded to office space for which Skanska will apply (LEED Core & Shell at the Platinum level, WELL Core & Shell at the Gold level, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Object Without Barriers).
