Brama Miasta, a project of the Skanska office unit, developed in the New Centre of Lodz, gained a new tenant – the international TomTom company, well known to businesses and drivers present on the Lodz market since 2008. It chose this location for its new office because of the futureproof and sustainable interiors adapted to the hybrid work model. The tenant has just moved into Brama Miasta and occupies office as well as service space.
TomTom is a leading independent specialist in geolocation technology, that develops application-ready maps, navigation, real-time traffic, and software shaping the future of mobility. Their products are used by businesses, governments and consumers. The company has been operating in Poland since 2008, and now it has decided to choose Brama Miasta for its new office.

All roads lead to Brama Miasta
One of the main advantages of Brama Miasta is its location and extensive transport infrastructure, which allows you to get to work from any point in the city. Right next to it, there is the Łódź Fabryczna railway station and a number of cultural institutions: i.e. Teatr Wielki, Teatr im. S. Jaracza, the Łódź Philharmonic and the EC1 Center for Science and Technology. Tenants also appreciate the proximity of parks and the Traugutta and Piotrkowska Streets with numerous restaurants and cafes.
Brama Miasta offers a total of approx. 40,800 sqm of modern office and service space. Both the employees of the office building and the residents of Lodz can use the public patio with amphitheater stairs, where events for tenants are held periodically, e.g. food truck festival or bicycle service.
