The LUX MED Group has become a new tenant at the Brama Miasta office complex in Lodz. Within the complex, the Group plans to open a new dental center. This is the second facility of this kind in Skanska’s office buildings – the first began operations in 2021, on the first floor of the Wave complex in Gdansk. The opening of the new center is scheduled for the end of May this year. Brama Miasta, comprising a total area of 40,800 sqm, is Skanska’s flagship project in the New Center of Łódź.
The dental center of the LUX MED Group – the market leader in private health services in Poland – becomes another tenant in the service part of Brama Miasta. Two years ago, one of the clubs belonging to Calypso Fitness, a leading fitness chain in Poland, was opened in this modern office complex. The new facility will be located in building B.
Comprehensive dental care within reach
The facility at Brama Miasta will become the second highly-specialized LUX MED’s dental center in Łódź.
– We are very pleased to open yet another investment in Lodz. This is our second center under the LUX MED Stomatology brand in this city, launched in response to the needs of our patients who are looking for services of increasingly higher quality, provided in close vicinity – near the places where our visitors work and spend a significant part of their days – says Daniel Petryczkiewicz, development director at LUX MED Stomatologia. – At Brama Miasta, we intend to open a facility that will offer a full range of dental services – from hygienization to digital orthodontics and implantology. Complete dental diagnostics will also be available at the center – adds Daniel Petryczkiewicz.
Today, LUX MED Stomatologia offers 66 modern dental centers located across Poland, which provide a wide range of services and comprehensive dental procedures to patients both with and without medical subscriptions. In the centers, more than 800 experienced doctors take care of patients’ comfort and healthy smiles.
– As a result of our efforts to diversify the services available at Brama Miasta, we welcome another tenant in the office building. Based on the positive experience with LUX MED Group’s dental facilities in other locations and the great interest in their offer, we are pleased to further develop our cooperation with the Group – this time in Lodz – says Paulina Strutyńska, Senior Leasing Manager at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE. – This is also a clear sign of trust from the Group, for which we would like to sincerely thank its representatives – adds Paulina Strutyńska.
Healthy and safe spaces for employees and visitors of the office building
Brama Miasta is Skanska’s third office development in Lodz, distinguished by, among others, a corten façade, which is visible to people entering the city as soon as they leave the Łódź Fabryczna railroad station, located next to the office building. Offering a total of 40,800 sqm of futureproof office and service space, the building meets global workplace safety standards. Among its main strengths are convenient location and extensive transportation infrastructure, which makes it possible to get to work from any point in the city. In the close vicinity of Brama Miasta are the Łódź Fabryczna railroad station and many buildings housing cultural institutions: the Grand Theater, the Stefan Jaracz Theatre, the Łódź Philharmonic or the EC1 Science and Technology Center. The tenants of Brama Miasta also appreciate the proximity of parks and two major streets – Traugutta and Piotrkowska, filled with various restaurants and cafes.
