We have been operating in Poland from the early 70'. We are engaged in construction and related services as well as the development and sale of apartments and office and multifunctional buildings.
Our organization
Skanska AB is a public limited company incorporated in Sweden and governed by Swedish corporate legislation, Skanska's Articles of Association and the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Listing Rules. Skanska applies the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
